1. ID-221 Oil Sheen Sensor

◎ The Leakwise ID-221 sensor detects the presence of and monitors the buildup of thin layers of hydrocarbons on water. Many petroleum and power companies use it for early detection, warning, and control of oil leaks and spills in wet sumps, tanks, and groundwater monitoring wells with a minimum water level of 30 cm (12.0 in).
Other applications include hydrocarbon detection and monitoring in oil/water separators, cooling water trenches, storm water runoffs, retention ponds, boiler condensate tanks, and wastewater sewer systems.

2. ID-223 Oil Sheen Sensor

◎ The Leakwise ID-223 sensor detects the presence of and monitors the buildup of thin layers of hydrocarbons in wet and dry environments. Many petroleum and power companies have installed the ID-223 in wet or dry sumps for early detection, warning, and control of oil leaks and spills from :
• Above-ground oil storage tanks
• Transformer sumps in switchyards and remote power distribution substations
• Oil/water separators
• Cooling water systems and trenches
• Storm water run-off
• Wastewater sewer systems
Other common applications include detecting and monitoring hydrocarbon leaks and spills in canals, retention ponds, and boiler condensate tanks. In addition, the ID-223 monitors wastewater treatment plant discharge to ensure regulatory compliance and can alert plant operators of any upsets in the treatment process.

3. ID-225 Oil Sheen Sensor

◎ The Leakwise ID-225 sensor measures the thickness and monitors the buildup of hydrocarbons on water. Many petroleum and power companies use it for monitoring and control of oil layers in the following applications:
• Remediation Control
On-line monitoring of oil thickness changes over time in groundwater wells to enable effective oil cleanup by using automated control of remediation.
• Skim Tanks
In many processes, a skim tank is used to collect wastewater containing oil. The ID-225 may be inserted into a tank through an inspection hatch, enabling automatic start and stop of oil skimming operation.
• Monitoring Oil / Water Separators
Environmental regulations require oil / water separators monitoring. An ID-225 can monitor oil layer buildup in the separator without human intervention.
• Wastewater Sewer Monitoring
An ID-225 installed in a sewer near the process area will detect and control big oil leaks at the source, reducing treatment plant load and preventing spills.

◎ The Leakwise ID-227 sensor detects the presence of and monitors the buildup of thin layers of hydrocarbons or other organic solvents on water.
It is used for early detection, warning, and control of oil leaks and spills in offshore applications such as intake towers of desalination plants, oil tanker loading buoys and piers, oil rigs and lagoons. In addition, the ID-227 is deployed in lakes, rivers, open channels and large retention ponds.

5. PS-220 Analog Controller
(PS-220 Analog 제어기)
◎ The PS-220 Analog Leakwise Controller is a power supply and signal processor that interfaces with a single (1) Leakwise ID-220 Series Sensor to report hydrocarbons spill/leak alerts, including layer buildup and thickness, to users via outputs interfaces for local or remote reporting.
The PS-220 has a well proven reliability and is cost effective for a basic monitoring system. It can be AC or DC line powered.

6. SLC-220 Smart Controller

◎ The Smart Leakwise Controller (SLC-220) is a digital signal processor that interfaces with Leakwise ID-220 Series Sensors to report hydrocarbons spill/leak alerts, including layer buildup and thickness, to users via a wide variety of outputs and communication interfaces for local or remote reporting.
The SLC-220’s modular design and flexible configuration provides solutions for all specific customer needs. It can be AC or DC line or battery powered, and operates in wired and/or wireless applications.
The SLC-220 supports up to four (4) Leakwise Sensors per unit. Multiple SLC-220 Controllers can be interconnected to provide a cost-effective, multisensory network.
